The proposed 72-cavity configuration combines precise machining, an optimized runner layout and efficient cooling channels to support stable dimensions, consistent part quality and reduced cycle time. Mold steel, neck or product geometry, cavity count, runner brand and machine interface can be engineered to match the customer's sample, drawing, resin and injection molding machine.
